Absolute typical WumpaLewis 🤣. Loads of amateur deaths on the high road. Forgets basic things about levels, has a 10 second memory after dying making the same mistakes over and over again, forget what levels have coloured gems etc and then does slippery climb first attempt 😅 fair play. Was really expecting slippery climb to take you a crazy ammount of attempts

I hate killing an enemy in this game and touching it on accident and still dying EVEN WHEN ITS DEAD.

i think this is the second hardest game to platinum out of the trilogy (crash 2 being definitely the hardest), a lot of the levels i was dreading were rather easy, but the first level and the lab almost made me wanna pull my hair out, shaving off every millisecond in hopes of making it, the lab especially because you have to jump through the electricity bolts in the very beginning and the very end (i think my low end pc was guilty of misplacing the last electricity cycle but i still did it). though stormy ascent was hard, it's due to the level being hard, not the time trial aspect, after a while it worked purely off of muscle memory. besides that not much bothered me aside from the spinning ladder at the end of lost city and the robot cycles from castle machinery, some bullshit here and there.

i just finished 102%ing crash 2 with all the plats and i definitely agree with your pics, snow go destroyed my thumbs and the first level's shitty mud physics killed too many of my runs. i was amazed how jank the polar levels were but i abused the moonjump (i think my low end pc broke the physics too much). the sewer levels were the absolute worst for me, especially the last one with the hard as fuck hang rail section, and the piston levels follow closely behind especially spaced out, similar to stormy ascent, there's so much timing based platforming to be memorized yeah it does become clockwork in the end but still very hard to do altogether.

Welcome to the 0.2% club Lewis. Its a shame I missed this one in real time, but we folks gotta do what we gotta do sometimes to have roof above one's head haha.

Congrats! Also, use retroachievements if you want to beat older crash games like cnk, crash 4 woc and the gba crash games with achievements (cnk has some really tough ones). There is also retroachievements for ps1 crash games that require you to beat the dev times, but this is just dumb and only for the ps1 games. The ps2/gba era achievements are far more fun
